As a limited-edition label, we ship in small batches. Processing times may vary depending on volume and drop timing.


2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

During drop releases, processing may take slightly longer.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available).


3. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, customs clearance, and courier services.

These timelines are estimates, not guarantees.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and service selected.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Limited Quantities

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

In rare cases of inventory error, if a purchased item is unavailable, you will be notified and refunded.


6. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service interruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

If a package appears delayed, please contact us and we will assist in tracking it.


7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Re-shipping fees may apply
  • Refunds (if applicable) will exclude shipping charges

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.

We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue where possible.
